What makes your business tick and how can it help you succeed in generating leads and income. Understanding what you do well and not so well is vital.

3 - The SWOT / TOWS

Bringing all your hard work together from the first two sessions. Formulating possible plans by focussing on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats starts here.

4 - Objective Setting

You won't know if your Marketing Plan is a success unless you set some goals you want to achieve. Producing a set of SMART objectives is critical in any type of planning (that's what we do here)!

5 - Strategy Development

Knowing where you want to go is half the battle. Knowing how you will get there is the unlock and formulating a strategy or strategies to do this is CRITICAL to moving forward.

6 - Tactics and Actions

This is where we start to set things in motion producing a complete marketing mix (not just communications mix). Resources, cost and time all factor into this.

7 - Content Creation

Wow, session 6 and only now do we talk about content (something wrong?) You're content, true, valuable, engaging content will come easy thanks to all your hard work thus far.... you'll see 🙂

8 - Analysis

You don't have to be a data geek to analyse what you have achieved once your plan is in motion. There are plenty of tools that can do this for you.
